The Kick Off Meeting of the joint project BigDieMo took place in Karlsruhe on the 12th of November 2015. Together with our partners, our project team consisting of KIT, FAU, UHH, Festo and Cyberforum, will develop a toolkit in order to design data based service business models.
In our Workshop we mainly discussed the detailed project plan for the next three years. “The Kick-Off showed, that the intended systematic toolbox is a valuable contribution for the innovation capacity of German enterprises!”, said Prof. Dr. Gerhard Satzger, Head of the KSRI at the KIT, describing the Workshop.
The main objective of the “BigDieMo” project is to support enterprises to expand their existing portfolio by data based business models in a guided and target-oriented way. Thus making use of the often unexploited potential of data for service innovations.
Next to bachelor and master theses we also have an open position for a doctoral candidate within the scope of our project.

We look forward to three exciting years to come.
